The pictures given were bit misleading as it showed a filter in the teapot which was not in the box. As I have no use for a filter it didn't matter to me but felt it should not have been included in the description as it was misleading.

When the buyer purchased, they stated it was for a gift however it wasnt, the listing clearly mentioned that the box was damaged. We always aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly, but we cannot offer a full refund when an item is returned in a significantly different condition to when it was sent.
