Basically a playable OVA, 900+ Episode background unnecessary. Shonen Jump's Spider-Luffy.
If you enjoyed the "Unlimited..." games, this game will appeal to you. It's the most polished iteration of the battle system established in Unlimited Adventure, minus the waggle of course (which i didn't particularly mind) and as you upgrade your main character, Luffy, you gain access to a bevy of traversal and combative skills. It is one of the best One Piece games.

Great one piece story
For a OnePiece game. The game play is good and has many OnePiece humor. First ever open world OnePiece game. If you love the anime, you'll love this game.
