Bei gebundenen Büchern ist der Schutzumschlag möglicherweise nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Bindung weist geringfügige Gebrauchsspuren auf. The most ancient name for Christianity, Metropolitan Kallistos reminds us, is 'the Way' (cf.
