Great Value - The porcelain finish allow for easy cleaning while the cast iron makes for an even cook.
The cast iron allows for a very even heat when cooking. The porcelain finish allow for easy clean up. The wooden handle is long enough so that you don't need a pad to grab the handle. Great pan. I had pancakes with it this morning. Great value and worth the money.
