Packaging was perfect and the Hibiscus arrived in perfect condition. Shipped super-fast and I had it in a few days even though it came long distance (from Florida), I have already transplanted it into a pot and can't wait for it to bloom (it came with three buds). I wanted them to reimburse me for the extra shipping charge or send me a free plant for the problem but they didn't care at all!
