Very hard to find this dvd.
Like so many, I grew up with Mister Rogers Neighborhood. Add to that, I live not very far from Latrobe, PA - where he was born and raised. He's a local hero, of sorts. Finding this dvd, WATCHING this dvd, brought Fred Rogers, the man, into a bit less rarified, more REAL place for me. I learned things I never knew about him. His history in television was kind of a surprise. There were songs that I'd never heard before. The development of some of his puppet characters... Daniel Strip-ed Tiger!!! His ability to talk to kids was such a blessing. We REALLY need Mister Rogers, with all his love and lessons, right now. Title says it all.
Great documentary. This was the one I saw after the death of fred Roger's. It was riveting and anyone who is a fan of mister Roger's neighborhood and a fan of fred Roger's, i would recommend getting this dvd. I am glad I found one here on ebay.
