Ordered a sample of Hajar al Aswad which looks to be arriving in a different shipment? Seller generously included 3 different bakhoor samples plus a sample of burma oud. Scenting my dress as I type!

Delay, courier, gave wrong tracking message, date of delivery ommited. Unnecessay, delay, including invonvinence to me the buyer snd to the seller, created by the incompetence, negleegence; deliberstley caused, by Royal Mail, delivery personnel. I recommend, change courier.

I may suggest though: As the portfolio inspires to buy more than one bottle of precious perfume oil , I would be happy if shipping fees were calculated by the parcel, weight and labour of packaging the goods, not by each individual bottle.
