It looks new till taken from the case when scratches on the side with the music are advisable, but it plays fine . Speedy arrival, V good communication from the seller. Thanks!

What arrived was the fullscreen outer box with the widescreen DVDs themselves. Seller is expedient in communication in resolving the matter with no hassle at all. Luckily I purchase 10 DVDs in total so very little loss on both sides when they refunded half of what I paid which was only $2.18. Awesome seller
