Notes2014 film score from composer Steven Price, his first since his Academy Award win for Gravity. Using orchestra, choir and percussion, the score embraces the churning, hellish brutality of the environment, but also the damaged humanity of the characters. There are grinding rhythms and moments of extreme aggression, often incorporating percussion performed on authentic WW2 machinery and weaponry. April, 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theatre, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered and outgunned, and with a rookie soldier thrust into their platoon, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.

Very fitting title
I'm working on redoing my movie library and this True Story is a great addition. I started with about 10 true stories and that figure has exploded into 120 true stories now. I'm still trying to either transfer my VHS movies to DVD or replace them. So I'm always looking. My goal is to get the VHS movies (est. of 150) off my kitchen table lol. So much for project being easy. Currently tracking and organizing well over 400 movies so this has turned into a monster of a project.
