Thenitem reached Bangkok in a timely fashion though there was a problem in that the apartment building office failed to register receipt of the package and misplaced it. However, we did not know that and asked the seller to investigate it. He did but his powers if investigation only extended to UPS in the USA. He had no lnowledge of other carriers such as the Chinese one which handled the package from Glendale, Illinois to Thailand. This package was insured by Ebay

Legacy Keyboard works well
This Mac keyboard was originally made for the Macs that came in flavors like Blueberry, Grape, Tangerine, etc. (probably the '90's). I use one of these old keyboards on my 2011 Mac Mini because the numeric keypad is easier to reach. The arrow keys are small, and near the right shift key. There is not a separate area for the arrow keys, making it easier to get to the numbers. I do a lot of music publishing, When creating sheet music, the number keys at the top and the ones at the side are used for different functions. There are 2 USB ports on the keyboard itself, and they used to work for certain flash drives. Since I upgraded to 10.11, I can only use the keyboard's USB ports for a mouse. Nice keyboard, but has minor oddities.
I had recently bought one of these off of this site, and upon opening the box once it arrived, I figured a couple things out about this particular iMac keyboard. This is the keyboard that Apple would usually sell along with those old CRT iMac computers. While the design of the keyboard is really nice, it has some flaws. Any accidental tugging on the USB cord can end up pulling it out a bit too far (Doesn’t damage it really, but is really noticeable.) Also, if you ever had to open up the keyboard and didn’t know what you were doing, the plastic clips can break off. (They’re entirely made of plastic.) This became a problem for me, as all but one of the clips at the front of the keyboard were broken off, leaving the translucent bit of plastic loosely stuck onto the frame of the keyboard. ... If you plan on buying one of these, be aware that you might have to deal with this issue, as they aren’t that easy to break if you aren’t extremely careful with it while opening. Now onto the good parts. The keys type really well, but are non-standard to the other QWERTY keyboards found here in the US. The number pad is slightly changed around to add an equal key (Even though the enter key acts as the equal key on 99% of calculators). If you’re using this on a Windows computer, the equal key on the number pad won’t do anything unless you map it using 3rd party software (Which is what I did.) The power button is just a bit of plastic held in place by the front bit of plastic, and it does it’s job really. Although, if you aren’t using a Mac, it will not do anything. With that said, the key itself is completely mappable, so you can make it do pretty much anything you want, so treat it like an extra key. As for the Caps/Number/Scroll lock keys... The Caps Lock key has a green LED on it which lights up when Caps Lock is on. (Obviously) The Number Lock key, however, doesn’t have an LED, which is really odd in my opinion. There is no Scroll Lock key anywhere on this keyboard. One thing I should mention here is that not only does this keyboard use a standard USB cable, but it has 2 USB passthrough ports on it, for use with any other devices (Mouse, flashdrive, etc), and while I haven’t tested the speeds it can give, it works perfectly with a mouse. (I tested it with the iMac “Hockey Puck” mouse that matched the keyboard.) So overall, this keyboard is pretty neat, and does the job if needed as a day-to-day keyboard. Pros: Full fledged keyboard, USB passthrough, nice design (exterior), usable Power Button Cons: USB cable can be damaged if tugged, plastic clips can break easily. Overall, I give this a 4/5 Stars. A keyboard with benefits.

High nostalgic value, buy for looks, but look elsewhere if you need to type a lot
It's cute, compact and perfectly compliments the look of many early-00s Apple machines, but those rubber-dome buttons are somewhat mushy, and not to everyone's taste. This one have two USB1.1 ports on it, so you can and shall plug your mouse into one of them. Don't try to use those ports for storage, though. All in all, in good clean condition, for ~$30 shipped — it's a good buy. But more of a collector's item.It's cute, compact and perfectly compliments the look of many early-00s Apple machines, but those rubber-dome buttons are somewhat mushy, and not to everyone's taste. iMac G3 Keyboard Review (From a PC User)
I bought this keyboard purely for nostalgia. We used to use the G3 computers in school and although not the greatest computer, it had a very unique design and perfect simplicity. If you aren't familiar with the G3 go research it. One look at it and you'll see what separates the designs from Apple and PC. It's bright and colorful in the back in the shell, not too big and just has this very rounded, compact and clean design. Although not practical today it was an amazing unit 15 years ago. It came with this keyboard and a "hockey puck" mouse. Back then I was still pretty much learning how to type, transitioning from the Hunt + Peck typing method to standard Home Row keys. I learned how to type properly on this keyboard. It isn't too big and the keys are in just perfect position for ... I bought this keyboard purely for nostalgia. We used to use the G3 computers in school and although not the greatest computer, it had a very unique design and perfect simplicity. If you aren't familiar with the G3 go research it. One look at it and you'll see what separates the designs from Apple and PC. It's bright and colorful in the back in the shell, not too big and just has this very rounded, compact and clean design. It isn't too big and the keys are in just perfect position for quick spurts of typing. You'll notice the Function keys are really tiny, about a third of the size of the other keys. Although it looks odd it works really well as you'll feel the gap between every four keys and won't even need to look at the keyboard if you intend to hit one of them. The caps lock key has a LED light that pops up if you have the caps lock on. I wish every keyboard did this instead of putting the light at the top right or wherever, having it on the key itself was innovative and simply felt proper. The number pad is fine too but you'll notice the biggest difference with the G3 keyboard and modern keyboards is that there is nothing in between the number pad and the main keys. Usually this is where you'll find the arrow keys and the Insert, Delete, Home, End, Pgup, Pgdown set. This biggest flaw of the G3 keyboard is that it lacks this and doesn't even have a delete key. But to be fair in 2000 you really didn't need them. Just know that the "delete" key here is simply a regular backspace. Even stranger is that the Escape and Page Down keys here are not regular keys; they do not press down like any other key. They go very, very slightly down and do not have a clicking, responsive feedback but they do work. I honestly don't know if that's just the one I received or that's how they are made to be. Additionally there are two USB ports on the G3 keyboard. This is where you'd typically insert the hockey puck mouse into either of them depending on if you wanted it right or left handed. This is a really great feature as you can use these ports and save some on your computer. These are not even 2.0 (I don't know the grade here), but use them while USB ports are still modern! Although I will not be using this as my regular keyboard being that I need one for PC games, I will definitely be using it when typing up a paper or just doing general PC work. It's so nice to use it again after all these years and I do not regret buying it. If you are a collector of vintage computer hardware, want it for nostalgia reasons or are just plain curious, be sure to buy it.
