Spoke with seller who was very understanding and they worked with me to resolve the issue with both parties happy. Unfortunate circumstances but I wouldn't hesitate to purchase any items from them again due to great communication. Thanks!

Next time you should take close up pics of any damage and describe for the buyers. Shipping got held up along the way but that's not your fault. Need to use a bit more bubble wrap inside, box was nice and sturdy for the shipping. Overall I'm satisfied and would purchase from you again.
