Perfectly soft for baby afghans.
I have been using Homespun Yarns by Lion for many years, I have crocheted approximately 100 afghans using the same pattern for at least, 50 years. I use a Q sized crochet hook with 3 yarns treated as one. One is Homespun. The other 2 are worsted, all acrylic to prevent allergic reactions. Each row is approximately 1inch. I am sad to hear Lion's brand is closing their business. Their yarn is very soft which is perfect for baby afghans.

Why I use Lion Brand Homespun yarn.
Homespun Deco is a color I have used in making crocheted.lap throws .it is soft and very warm the color has been discontinued and is hard to find in fabric and craft stores and I would buy more from this seller if I need it.I have used homespun in many colors and I . It keeps it's shape after washing. It tends to be very heavy after your project is completed.
