Good support, easy setup, would buy again and have bought again for anohter door.
It is a very solid piece of equipment well designed with only a couple of small things I would like to see changed: - The LED Color for Locked is Amber. The LED color for unlocked is green, It would make the locked/unlocked state of the lock easier to determine if instead of Amber they used Orange or some other color easily identified by both color blind and non color blind people. - There are 3 screws that secure the inside cover. The screw at the bottom of the lock is very difficult to screw in as access the the screw in my case is obstructed by the door handle below. Offsetting the bottom screw to the left or right would eliminate this problem. I had a install problem that a call to Kwikset was easily able to resolve. Straightforward Installation, Great Lock, Minor App Complaints
Installation was pretty straightforward, even on our non-prepped door. This is our first smart lock. Operation is great, though when using the iOS app, it sometimes shows the wrong state (locked vs. unlocked), and can take a long time (minutes) to self-correct; I find the history to be a more reliable indicator of what last happened. It also sometimes takes awhile (on the order of a minute) to lock or unlock the door through the app, though at other times it is virtually immediate. Unsure if latency is due to Kwikset’s server, our local Internet connection (which is typically very fast), or something else. We don’t have a hub involved. It doesn’t seem to support the ability that some locks have to conceal your code from onlookers by allowing you to embed it within a bunch of otherwise random digits. Before you make a desision to buy this product, go first to the App store and check the reviews for Kwikset App. Don't waste your money on this or any product that use the Kwikset App. I bought the Kwikset 99380-002 Halo Deadbolt Smart Lock and it has been a headache. WiFi deadbolt controls your door with ease
Easy installation, just follow the instructions provided. Easily connects to your smartphone and gives yiu alerts when the door opens or closes. Simple replacement install and configuration.
Replaced an old Quickset deadbolt with no problems. Re-keyed the lock with the included tool so I could use the old keys. Installed the app on my android phone and connected this smart lock to my wifi. I can even ask Alexa to lock the door for me.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
