It probably shrunk due to incorrect cleaning, as there's no washing instruction label inside the coat. It's dry clean only. The altered measurements should have been added to the listing. It's an absolutely gorgeous coat, hence I'm keeping it and wear it with a thin layered top. Only need to find a solution for the now three quarter sleeves. Item well packed & fast postage too.
