Great strings, great value, amazing sound
Great Acoustic guitar strings, the coating on the string extend the life of the strings. This means more time playing, less time changing your strings. Should last you a minimum of 3 months depending on the amount of playing you do. These strings have a great feel and produce great sounds. I've tried a handful of other brands and these have been my favorite so far. NOT GENUINE ELIXER STRINGS
Good day After receiving the strings I fitted them to 2 of my guitars. After a few days I noticed the strings are loosing their bright brass colour and becoming dull. I've been using Elixir strings for years and never seen this happened! As a Forensic Scientist, I decided to examen the unopened strings ( 3 of 3) under a stereo microscope: -There was no nano coating visible on any string; -The string cores were not 6 cornered as it is specified but round with two flat sides; -The thickness of all 6 strings were under the specification it should be. I strongly suggest and suspect that the genuine Elixir strings were removed from its original packaging and replaced with these low quality rings!! I URGENTLY REQUEST GENUINE ELIXIR STRINGS OR A REFUND!!!

Lightweight with great tone.

Smooth feel, good value.
Elixir strings last longer than uncoated strings and they don't "squeak". They have a nice smooth feel, though not slick or slippery. Elixer 11052 Guitar Strings/Ebay Seller
The Elixer 11052 strings are hard to beat. They sound great, last a long time, and are easy on my fingers normally. However, the sets that I purchased from the seller were old and almost rusty. Only Strings I Use
Using 11-52 Nanos on my Martin OMC-15ME. Much smoother touch for left hand fingers than the stock Martin Lights. The tone spectrum in comparison might be slightly compressed due to being thinner and coated, but these Elixirs will maintain their tone and feel far longer.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Great sound and feel

Do not look, feel or sound like USA sourced Elixir strings.
These strings are about 6 inches shorter than real Elixirs and the coating does not have the same feel. Honestly........it feels like there is no coating at all. These do not look, feel, or sound like real USA sourced Elixir strings. Obviously.....the price is much lower than USA sourced Elixir string.
