I contacted the seller and asked for a partial refund which they agreed to and gave. They shipped very quickly, but item was shipped in a bubble mailer and not very protected but they made it right. I definitely would do business with this seller again.

They made good on the purchase. Not everybody on here is so honest and responsive. I am happy to have done business with them. And would recommend everyone to do so.
