Very quirky and entertaining.
It's my sort of film - slightly quirky , humorous, with an amusing insight into different peoples characters - most of the people who lived in this town were so small minded - but the dressmaker herself was wonderful I loved it. What a great dvd to watch

Underlined greatly the prejudices and hypocrisy of small community life--could apply to may situations throughout the world

A very funny film.
