Thee_Ark might be new selling, but their communication and packaging was first rate, and I’d highly recommend them! If they have any of my other chases, I’ll definitely be back. It was FOLDER, not even dented because it was protect with sheets of paper. It was a cheaper card but minimally a harder papers to protect the card to be received as NM in a envelope should be expected. I have had 0 issues until this. To me it looks like a mail processing/delivery issue, but again this was sent in NM condition and packaged appropriately. Not sure what you mean by folder, but all cards are penny sleeve and sandwiched with cardboard and masking tape.
