    Ive been an ebay member since 2011. This was absolutely the best experience I have encountered. Item was exactly as described , 7 or 8 dollars cheaper than any other vendor selling this product. The best thing was communication and shipping. I recieved my reel in 3 days. I ordered on Thurs evening and recieved it today which is Sunday. I had inquired about repair for an identical reel that I got for Fathers Day. They gave me info on who I should contact in warranty for repair. Outstanding vendor

    This feedback is more for the seller than the item. Although the item looks great and as described, I have yet to use it on my lil teacup Yorkie...😁 With that being said, the seller is an AWESOME seller and I HIGHLY recommend this seller. Although for some reason the tracking info showed that the package was shipped untracked. Other than that, I received the item sooo fast! I placed 4 orders on July 30th and I received this item on Aug 1. Highly recommend this seller!!

    Suncast 103 gallon deck box

    Good size for our patio cushions. It could have been a few inches taller but we squeeze them into it. Also feel that it could have been a little thicker plastic lid to hold a little more weight, we are not able to sit on it. But it wasn’t designed for that. Other than that it is great for what we use it for. Storing our patio cushions.

    So far so good...holding up well

    For the price, this was a good buy. It was quick and easy to put together (two people work better than one, since the pieces are large). After having it up on our roof deck for close to two months now, through severe storms, high wind, and full sun, it has held up very well. It remains watertight. It is large enough to hold a long garden hose, a child's inflatable pool, a stack of potting containers, and some large swing and chair cushions. My only caveat is this: Don't try to sit on it, because it will not hold the weight of any human over about ten pounds or so. However, it makes a decent tabletop for drinks when placed between two chairs. There are probably better quality storage boxes out there --- those that WILL hold the weight of an adult for extra seating, for example --- ...

    Easy to put together; but not solid or sturdy enough

    While this was easy to put together, this is box is not constructed with solid materials or frame. Empty the box is too easily moved and gets blown around by the wind. I am not confident in the long term durability of this product

    Just ok

    The deck box was very simple to put together, instructions were clear. The material was not as sturdy as expected. We have other suncast products and have been very pleased with the quality. You could not use this as a seat, so if you need seating space, this is not a good option.
