Better than new
It's hard to find a regulator which will adjust its outlet pressure through 8 inches of water column, and most new regulators shut down at a lower inlet pressure than this one. Dependable Regulators
Have used Maxitrol Regulators for years. This time I purchased two. One has been installed, tested nd is working just as it should. The second rgulator has been installed but the equipment it is installed on is not ready. I expect no problem when the start up is completed.
