Mega Man X must thwart Sigma's army of renegade reploids and their evil plan of destroying the world. Faced with intense challenges, X, his robot partner, Zeroand Dr. Light must band together to intercept and prevent the forces that threaten total annihilation. Mega Man X Collection features a retrospective of X's humble teenage beginnings on a 16-bit system to its initiation into the 32-bit era.     Great compilation with slight problems.

    As the selling point of this game is to have X4-X6 on GameCube, all the games struggle with some minor to major sound issues. The Super Nintendo games, if you’ve played them you’ll know how rich and deep the music and SFX are on X1-X3. That’s been drastically cut back. As well as the music dead stopping for about a full second then looping on all games. A lot of the SFX is botched in all the games in this compilation but to have X1-X6 all on one console, is fantastic. Just at a slight cost of the music and SFX lacking the rich pure feel. Would I recommend it? At the time of writing this review, it’s your best option to play the X series as the original games are quite costly nowadays and for good reason. They’re all great and well worth it. X1-X3, personally are my favorite but the PS1 X ...

    needed for my collection of gamecube

    Game doesn't work well with component GameCube digital cable on certain TVs' (Toshiba 57h83) as the game changes resolutions when entering the main game; some TV's don't display a picture as a result. Plays fine on my old TV with composite video connected if you want this to play only I recommend the ps2 version as it is cheaper

    Action, collectors item, mega man

    I had this when I was a kid. It’s held up really quite well Mega man was a childhood icon And i sold a bunch of games regrettably this was one I had to let go but recently I purchased it again and was really happy it’s a quality collection for every collector the only downside if your like me and play on a new tv it does not use progressive scan that’s really my only con!

    Action-packed for hours of entertainment.

    Brilliant gameplay along with fantastic soundtrack and creative battles. The original Mega Man games are great, and the X series just adds to that. Definitely would recommend to anyone who likes run-and-gun or platformers. A must-have for any Nintendo collector or fan.
