I wrote to the seller and they told me to contact the Post Office which I did - they told me that the original sender had sent the parcel and it was unlikely that the label was changed in transit. I have paid 46 bucks for speakers and got face cream instead🙁

Since I also have HO trains, I told him I'd be willing to keep it for a discount rather than go through the hassel of packing and shipping it. I figured he'd simply say no if he wasn't interested.
