I bought a box of 25-year old cards listed as “factory sealed”. But, what I got was a box that had a tampered seal on one end and the contents clearly “used” as someones old collection. Furious, I called out seller, who agreed to accept a refund. I immediately returned items, only to have seller state that the product was “opened” and allegedly cards missing and replaced by others. This buyer is twisting everything. I immediately sent him a return label in good faith and agreed to a refund assuming the item was returned in the same condition. It was not! I sent him a complete set of cards with both inner and outer boxes. He sent it back without the outer box, and with filler cards ruining the set. He is completely misusing the photos. I sent him those to show him what was WRONG with his return, not what he was sold. Horrible buyer, untrustworthy. Sad.
