Genuine, high quality item at an amazing price. Quick postage. Be aware that fitting the inlet valve in some cisterns may be really tight and there needs to be enough gap for the float to operate without rubbing on the cistern wall so it may not be a direct replacement. Also the sealing ring between the pan and cistern is not supplied and will need to be bought separately if replacing. Otherwise, Fluidmaster is top notch and spares and backup is excellent, unlike some of the cheaper brands.

Good instructions and easy to fit
Good instructions and easy to fit. Make sure you get a blanking plug if you take the old overflow pipe out before you start as it's not in the kit. There are only a £1 so not really an issue although it would be nice if it was included in the kit as standard. A minor point which does not detract from an excellent product.

Easy to fit, does the job
I had a leaky toilet last year and paid a plumber to come round and fix it. Then I had another toilet start leaking and said plumber was busy, so I bought this kit, the same as he had fitted to the other loo, and fitted it myself. I have zero plumbing experience but it was a relatively straightforward job, and the fact I have the same kit fitted to another loo meant I could just replicate the set-up.

Easy fit...No dramas
Tools required : Adjustable spanner, joint pliers and a dumpy flathead screwdriver. Just follow the distructions and you will be flushing in about an hour. Check out you tube vids.

Good unit, but, if possible, check that it fits your cistern.
Cap at top of filler valve hit inside face of cistern and prevented valve from seating properly. If possible check fitting before buying.
