The fist faucet was lost for a time so the seller sent a second right away, I was thankful for that as well. However, when both faucets eventually arrived I contacted the seller right away and followed up again when the seller didn’t respond. Seller would not negotiate at least a savings that they would have had to pay for me to return it. Seller wouldn’t negotiate and didn’t seem to read my messages thoroughly.

The item was dispatched on time, however UPS seems to have no intentions of delivering it to me. The seller tried everything to get UPS to assist us but UPS ignored us. UPS would not returns calls, and opening investigations into "lost" items is pointless. My package most likely will never see the light of day, but I am so thankful I purchased from partsandbargains.
