    Perfect For Quick Identifications

    This is a handy small pocket guide to have along when you’re first beginning to identify the birds you see. I began birding with my Grandson last year and along with a good set of binoculars and a small portable camp stool, it was great having this little companion book. I have a larger complete National Geographic Encyclopedia of birds are home which is great and all inclusive but far too impractical to lug around. This little book suites the purpose.

    This guide is well written and concise, with clear descriptions and pictures. The deign is compact , easy to use, and sturdy for use on outings. These would be ideal for either classroom or personal use.
