It's a shame because the item itself worked out perfectly for what I needed, but when you buy something and pay immediately, I think it's ridiculous to have to wait thirteen days for the seller to drop off the package at the post office. More concerning is the dishonesty of saying it had shipped when it obviously had not. I am attaching screenshots of my communication with the seller.
