I bought taps, shower + sink + bath plugs + waste, all of which were extremely well packaged and excellent quality. The basin plug + waste was missing from the order + the seller phoned me straight away to apologise + arranged for one to be sent out to me immediately. He went above and beyond to get it to me quickly. Excellent service. I will definitely order from this company again.
