Item was returned to seller because it was oversized which seller should have made sure it shipped without issue. Original tracking was changed from usps to fedex and seller gave me the number and didn’t tell me the carrier changed . Overall the product was as described and works well. Seller should learn how to ship faster and make sure shipments are shipped properly. We then had to pay an additional $52.28 for shipping, on top of that, you were provided with a screen shot of the recipe with FedEx home delivery on it with an updated tracking number. You still decided to enter that tracking number into USPS tracking. Every step we took was to make sure you got you item. Buyer should select proper shipping.
