    When I received this item, the packaging was different than the picture, and original product. I contacted the seller; and they offered to have me schedule a return through Ebay. In researching the product, it seems that this may be a product created by Aussie (Instant Volume), to replace Aussome Volume. I decided to keep the product, and give it a try. The seller was very helpful, and very quick to reply to my message. Shipping was, also, very punctual.

    Durable & Functional

    The model 704 is easy to assemble and install. I mounted it to a concrete block wall with four Tapcon screws (5/16” x 2 -1/2” long) as per the directions. You will need a ¼” masonry drill bit for the pilot holes in a masonry wall. The anchors were readily available at the local builders supply center. The mounting hardware is not included. I was pleased mine came with the "brass" swivel installed. Some have complained theirs came with an aluminum swivel and it soon leaked; I've not had this issue and think the brass swivel is now likely standard issue, based on my purchase. I've used it daily for a couple of months with no leaks or issues. It looks great and functions as described. I have really enjoyed using it.     Real Good Hose Reel !!!

    This Hose Reel is Real Excellent !! Very sturdily built, much stronger than any Plastic one I've ever had. It doesn't feel like the Handle is going to break off in my hand, like the Plastic one did. Its ALUMINUM so NO RUST , and the mechanism is smooth. You can unreel, or Reel in 100' - 150" of Hose real FAST !!! Should last a long time as well.

    Fantastic but pricey

    The reel is well-made, strong, beautiful, easy to install. The value for price is our only issue. We feel the price is too high for what it is. We also feel the wood screws needed for installation should be included, especially at this price point. We are happy with our purchase....just not delighted purely due to price.

    Durable, quick/easy assembly

    Comes pre- assembled accept handle. Which screws on with a 1" allen key bolt( both key & bolt are included) .4 mounting eyes. Mounted easy to concrete/ stucco wall with 4 washers & 1 1/2 " TapCons (not included).
