Means I now can communicate when necessary and it wasn't expensive so I guess maybe you get what you pay for. Came quickly but with no instructions provided which is not very helpful. It appears to be just plug and play although the box claims lots of features. How you discover these I have no idea. It will do as it is for my needs. Cheap n cheerful.
