Wasn't sure if I was getting a new CD, since there was no clear paper cover over the CD case. The cd skipped many times when I first played it on my cd player. I had to play it on a different player and then it no longer skipped, so it was fine. I'm a Charlie Wilson fine, so the songs on this CD are awesome. May purchase it again to keep in my second vehicle.
