Reached out to seller about the issue and the seller blamed my local post office USPS for the problem. It's highly unlikely someone at the post office opened my box and repackaged the box. I order cards all the time and have never had this happen to me before. No sign of the box ever being opened then repackaged and taped again. I dont believe this seller is working in good faith. OVER 30+ years I would NEVER nor have done a bait and switch like this on a $70.00 item. Buyer showed me package and it was opened and resealed. There was packing tape all over. I used 2 strips of tape to send item with self-adhere label which according to his PIC TAPE was all over the package. NOTHING I can do OR DID. File a claim and let the USPS do an investigation. eBay would with me if he filed claim, that's why he is angry. Insured
