I explained to buyer that packages can sometimes get delayed and explained my store's policy before I declare a shipment lost and refund a buyer. I gave him the deadline when I would issue him a refund or send him another coin. I absolutely tried to help the buyer but he refused to wait and would not respond to my messages in a civil manner. Buyer has been blocked from future purchases from this eBay store.
