When I contacted the seller, they immediately filed a lost package claim, and just a few days later, the item was finally en route to the correct destination. The Battle Armor Skeletor arrived in great condition, exactly as described. Excellent communication and customer service—this is another seller I continuously go to for amazing action figures.
