Unfortunately, the transaction resulted in a refund, but I give five stars to the store for not only being compliant, but proactive as they reached out to the carrier to try and find the product status and also inform me that that product number is no longer in stock which resulted in a refund. My only nit is these heavy calipers should be packaged more securely because the bleeder valve on one of them arrived bent from banging around in the cheap cardboard box with no padding and I had to buy a new one. Otherwise, they seem to be doing the job they are supposed to do.
