We replied on the 27th when we re-opened to arrange a collection on the next working day. Offered a replacement or refund. Buyer ignored 3 x eBay messages, 3 x phone calls and 2 x voicemails and decided to take it to a local shop to be 'fixed' and then left this feedback.

However the company contact ed me and offered me another golf bag or I could wait 2/3 days for delivery of the original order. I opted to wait. the golf bag arrived a couple of days later. the company kept in touch with me giving me updates, which I appreciated. excellent service.
