I didn’t want to have to send the entire boiler back since it came from Japan. Very quickly found a solution that worked for both of us. I would not hesitate to buy from again.

The seller was also very kind and communicative throughout the entire purchasing process. They helped a lot with information regarding tarrifs which was incredibly valuable. The seller also shipped the item very fast which was nice. Overall, the item arrived in great condition and true to the sellers pictures. It was also sold at an amazing value. I would shop with this seller again in a heartbeat.

The only thing that I would give as a negative is that the collector's box it came with was slightly damaged and creased as it appears that it had been squished a little bit during transport, other than that it's exactly as advertised.
