While the item did arrive as scheduled I was surprised at the minimal effort with regards to the packaging of the item. While the statue was wrapped with some bubble wrap, it was then rolled up in a piece of USPS cardboard priority box and then placed in a USPS priority cardboard box with nothing else to secure it from moving side to side within the box.

I sent him pictures & described the damage. He immediately filed an insurance claim with USPS & I was given a full refund.
