    This changed my life!

    After weeks-actually a couple months of minimal-interrupted sleep w/my precious new born baby...I was utterly exhausted & becoming depressed. I read and implemented this schedule and ALL of our lives changed. My amazing baby girl started smiling, sleeping through the night, and showed many signs of being truly content.     Most helpful with scheduling

    I read all the top baby books shortly after giving birth to help make sense of the chaos. I know this book has bad reviews, but I don't understand why. I found this series most helpful when making a feed/wake/sleep schedule. As a result, our son has been a solid overnight (12 hours, not just a 6 hour stretch) since 13 weeks old. I am so thankful! It helped me get sleep and my sanity back in adjusting to this new, wonderous life.

    Great book!

    Love this book! It definitely helps you feel more comfortable with your newborn and getting them on a schedule that eventually helps them start sleeping through the night! My infant has been sleeping through the night since she was 3 months old!
