My fault for not fully reading, but when it's priced the same as a full pack, it should be a full pack of cards and not just the wrapper. shipping was fast and packaging was great, and shipping cost was perfect. Was gunna leave a neutral as I feel its a bit underhanded to sell just the wrapper at the same price as a full pack of cards.
