They actually folded the entire tablet front AND back to fit it into a 'cluster mailbox' -- I've put in a complaint with them (they are totally useless in my neck of the woods--they will not even leave medication on the porch when the package says so telling me "if it fits in the mailbox that's where we put it)...ANYway....I think I can unbend it to be able to use it---not YOUR fault at all. The cover is GREAT
