I asked for a new case and was given a $1.00 case replacement refund. At this time I have not located a company that will sell me a factory new high quality jewel case for $1.00. Needless to say I shall not purchase music from this seller again.

No customs charges etc and received via Royal Mail tracked in excellent packaging. All still shrink wrapped and condition as advertised (excellent). In summary, probably my best vinyl purchasing experience so far. Many many thanks
