Hard plastics like this don't require a ton of packaging but a little more than brown paper to protect the corners of the sheet would have been better. For those not familiar with plastics, there is always a margin or error / variability involved. Always oversize your order and process down to your dimensions. The average on my piece was 1/16" +/- on length and width, and 1/32" under on thickness. Well within reason.

It was packaged well in dbl, heavy-duty cardboard and taped securely in place to prevent damage. It arrived in perfect condition (including the shipping packaging), and was well within the +/- 1/8" tolerance--it was 1/32" smaller than my nominal dimensions, so it was perfect, actually. The total price was lower than elsewhere online. When I need a piece of plex again, it will be from this seller!
