It is American Girl size, but has the features of all well made backpacks including a mesh pocket on the side to hold a doll's water bottle. I’m using it for my boys, because I think it’s more appropriate that way and they love it. It’s nice and roomy and I could put all of their School stuff in it. I also like that you can adjust the straps, and it was reasonably priced.
