Debo decir que hay un detalle, no es completamente exacto, pues las almohadillas centrales deben tener un espacio vacío para que el cabezal quede inmerso. Este producto trae las almohadillas completas y hay que sacarlas y cortarlas para que se pueda instalar la unidad. Adjunto algunas fotografías.

It is loose in the shipping bag. There is no original protective tape either. They refill cartridges and try to pass them off as new. I contacted the seller but they refuse to reply and correct the problem. I highly recommend to never buy from this person. I am now wondering if this is truly HP new cartridges or just recycled ones filled with new ink? The price was fair but I expected the product to arrive as pictured on line. I haven’t used it yet, but I do expect purchases to come in their own packaging as observed on line.
