Piper of ALL Pipers!
I had never seen this before, but bought a copy at a local video store. It skipped and I couldn't watch it. So I bought one on Ebay. And wow! For an older film, it was very engaging! The Piper, played by Van Johnson, blew me away with his first bit of rhyming dialogue! The look on his face while he speaks is totally unmatchable. It's like a musical with rhyming dialogue as well. When I finished watching the movie, I began to rhyme sentences in my head :-D. The lessons in this whole story are definitely wisdom to heed. Perfect for children and adults alike.
