Been buying different stainless steel jewelry for MONTHS now and I mean a lot of different types of chains, sizes, etc.. the 6mm at 22" is definitely the most comfortable one I've bought. It's made of high quality steel. I believe 316L stainless steel because I did a magnet test and it doesn't stick at all. Which in the stainless steel case, 316L stainless steel is completely non magnetic. I sleep, eat, work, sweat, shower, all of the above. I leave the chain on at all times
