    Been a Diabetic 3 Decades PLUS ! A review every now and then is GREAT ! Sometimes a FRESH look @ a start will lend new ideas to how to deal with it. Genetics are involved BUT, Lifestyle choices are a GREATER part of it ! That's where the Cookbook part come in handy, Some new, Some old, Some with a New twist which is what keeps the program new !
