Correct item was sent but it doesn't gel up when added to water. I purchased these for my cat who has Chronic kidney disease and very low appetite because of nausea related to kidney failure. Unfortunately it doesn't gel up. It is important that it gels up in water as it helps coat and sooth the digestive tract, therefore helps with appetite.
